Remote Multilingual Customer Care Agent (offline)

Premier Response is a Customer Service Center specializing in the Graphic Design and Printing Sectors. We are currently looking for Customer Success Agents to provide amazing phone, email and chat support to one of our online printing clients. 
If you have an Advanced Level of English/German/Spanish/Italian/French  and have some background in Graphic Design, we would like to speak with you as soon as possible!

What you will do:  
Answer phone calls, reply to chats and emails; 
Provide customers with specifications, helpful suggestions, etc. to ensure proper uploading and correct printing of image files; 
Review image files on customer request to ensure they meet our high printing standards; 
Provide customers with product descriptions, shipping upgrade fees, price verification, refunds and order status; 
Be responsive to customers' miscellaneous questions. 
 
What we expect from you: 
Exceptional customer care abilities 
2 years of Customer Support experience 
Nearly perfect written and spoken English/German and Italian/Spanish/French
Experience with Microsoft Office applications 
Ability to type quickly and express yourself clearly 
Good time management skills 
Attention to details 
 
What you will need:
Quiet working environment (no background noises during work) 
A computer with a wired connection to the Internet  
A corded headset (earphones & microphone) and webcam compatible with your PC 
 
Possible advantages:
You are helpful and responsive 
Experience in Graphic Design and/or with graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) 
Experience in printing business
