RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership of Retention part of a SaaS product
Maximization of LTV by improving retention rates
Creation and support of a Customer Communication map
Improvement of Customer communication materials
Finding and fulfilling customers' pains and needs
Creation and launch of various retention programs
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in digital/consumer marketing, electronic commerce or relevant position in IT/Product company
Work experience with SaaS product, preferable B2C
Work experience for US and Europe markets
English Level - Upper Intermediate is mandatory
Ability to manage competitive priorities
