Currently, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Kyiv-based team. This position will provide the opportunity to make a contribution to the travel industry by joining a global project.

This is a full-time and long-term position.

- Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales on US and EU markets as a Business - Development Manager, Sales Manager or a relevant role;
- Must have: Fluency in English & Spanish;
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, networking and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in building and maintenance of long-term relationships with partners;
- High degree of responsibility, strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs;
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Search for potential partners, work on the preparation of leads;
- Conducting business correspondence and commercial negotiations with partners in order to sell the Company's services;
- Maintaining relationships with the established base of clients, building friendly relations with partners;
- Implementation of the personal sales plan and sales plan of the unit;
- Identification of market needs, monitoring, and analysis of competitors' market in the region;
- Generating a constant flow of new clients and partnerships;
- Identifying new and innovative opportunities for growth.
