We’re looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to support our VP of Sales in ensuring efficient sales pipeline management and smooth coordination of sales activities.

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to our VP of Sales. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in sales operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
You’ll help qualify early-stage deals, monitor and report on sales activities in HubSpot, and manage the day-to-day needs of the VP of Sales. Previous experience is not required, but familiarity with sales tools, particularly HubSpot, is a plus. If you’re passionate about sales, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deal Qualification: Work closely with the VP of Sales to qualify potential deals early in the pipeline based on provided instructions and criteria.
2. Sales Reporting: Monitor reports and activities in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and assisting in maintaining an updated sales funnel.
3. Sales Coordination: Coordinate meetings, activities, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth communication and organization across the team.
4. Administrative Support: Attend to the daily needs of the VP of Sales, offering support in various tasks that drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
