Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry (experience in a leadership role is a plus);
• In-depth understanding of affiliate models such as RevShare, CPA, Flat Fee, Baseline, etc.;
• Experience working with Keitaro (or Binom) and a solid understanding of data tracking and analytics;
• Skills in building and optimizing affiliate funnels and traffic acquisition strategies;
• English proficiency at B2 level;
• Experience in partner communication: conducting negotiations, revising cooperation terms, and resolving conflicts;
• Strong self-organization, analytical thinking, and high proactivity.

Responsibilities:

• Restructuring and optimizing current affiliate processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability;
• Setting up and automating traffic source tracking and data collection (using Keitaro);
• Organizing and maintaining a system for managing and regularly updating the partner database;
• Building a process for monitoring traffic conversions and continuously improving key performance metrics (CR, EPC, etc.);
• Reviewing cooperation terms with existing partners, identifying win-win solutions and growth opportunities;
• Developing the affiliate program to enhance its effectiveness and appeal to new affiliates;
• Collaborating with the SEO team, sales department, and other teams to achieve common goals.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of SEO;

• Experience working in affiliate teams focused on traffic acquisition.
