Head of CRM

We are looking for Deputy CMO - Head CRM for our partner in the gambling/betting niche.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of player retention strategies (primarily, bonus management experience is important here), including the development and implementation of bonus programs.
  • Formation and optimization of business processes in the marketing department.
  • Analysis of player behavior and development of personalized offers to increase loyalty.
  • Management of operational marketing, including planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Implementation and management of marketing automation tools.
  • Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
  • Analysis of market trends and the competitive environment to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordination with other departments to ensure consistency of marketing efforts.
     

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing bonus programs and player retention strategies.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Experience in senior marketing positions, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and inspire employees.
  • Experience working with data and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and analytics tools.
