PSP Account Manager

As part of our global expansion, we are seeking a PSP Account Manager to oversee payment processes, ensuring a secure, compliant, and user-friendly environment for our players.

 

Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new payment providers and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements while continuously enhancing the customer experience through efficient and secure payment processes. Your leadership will be key in driving the company’s growth while ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards of security and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding process of new payment providers, ensuring they meet compliance and technical requirements.
  • Set up new solutions configurations at the paystation panel.
  • Maintain regular contact with payment providers to address inquiries and updates.
  • Foster strong relationships with payment providers to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss performance, issues, and new initiatives.
  • Review and renegotiate terms and conditions as necessary to benefit both parties.
  • Maintain ownership of payment providers’ internal mapping databases.
  • Ensure all documentation related to payment providers is up-to-date.
  • Maintain records of communications, agreements, and performance of payment providers.
  • Analyze transaction data and metrics to assess the performance of payment providers.
  • Identify trends, issues, or opportunities for optimization and report findings.
  • Respond promptly to any payment processing issues or disputes raised.
  • Track key performance indicators and share insights for improvement.
  • Develop and implement approaches to enhance the efficiency of payment processes.
  • Provide feedback from payment providers to improve product development.
  • Collaborate with concerned teams to resolve technical or operational problems.
  • Conduct information sessions for concerned teams on payment providers or payment solutions updates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, International Relations, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
  • 3-4 years in a similar role at payment orchestrators, payment service providers, payment gateways, banks, or large e-commerce or gambling enterprises. 
  • Experience with payment orchestrators is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with partners and providers.
  • Effective negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Understanding of payment processing systems and emerging payment technologies.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and payment business models.
  • English at B2 level or higher.
  • Proficient in JIRA, spreadsheets, forms, Slack, and Tableau.
