The main solution goal is to assist operation team with troubleshoot customer issues in real time, including FIDO service performance metrics, audit report generation.
It will help Client to ensure the best user experience for their customers.
To achieve the goal, it was requested to build infrastructure with a set of components, including Support Tool application
(Web Portal) and the Agent application automatically distributed among user Cloud components.
● DevOps experience 3+ years
● Professional in deployment, docker and scripting
● Proven record of commercial development experience
● Strong AWS concepts understanding
