The product is an online slot casino where users can participate in prize draws, play various games, and win real rewards. Our platform is built based on advanced technologies and complies with all US laws.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments.
• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring the company meets its growth and profitability goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Work closely with the leadership team and department heads to determine the company's strategic direction.
• Develop and manage the company’s budget, optimizing expenses to ensure financial stability.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the project execution process, ensuring efficient resource allocation and successful delivery of services.
• Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Set up and implement necessary policies and procedures tailored to department needs.

• Continuously optimize processes to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation within the company.
   

  Requirements:

• 3+ years in a similar position within the iGaming industry.
• Experience in startups and launching new projects is a significant plus.
• Managerial experience with teams of 15+ people, and the ability to manage multiple departments.
• Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Ability to work remotely or relocate to Warsaw.
