Senior PHP Developer (Magento) (offline)

Project Description:

The client is a software development agency based in the heart of Berlin that supports SMEs from many different business fields with the conception and the technical implementation of their e-commerce ideas. Besides that, the client is working on various external and internal projects based on Symfony and Node.js.

Technology stack:

PHP7, Symfony 3+, Magento 1.x, Node.js, MySQL, Redis.

Requirements:
-Very good understanding of system design, data structures and algorithms
-Solid Magento 1.x skills
-You appreciate critical feedback and have no problem evaluating your own work
-Clean code is not just a buzzword for you; you care about the code quality, simplicity, and beauty of your solutions
-Following best practices (TDD/BDD, CI, Scrum, PSR standards)
-Working with complex SQL queries and experience with AWS
-Experience with Node.js is a plus
-Experience with Symfony is a plus
-Experience with ElasticSearch is a plus

Responsibilities:
-Conceptualize and develop projects and features with your team
-Develop and optimize Magento shops of our clients
-Continue to develop our continuous integration and monitoring system
-Code review projects from junior developers
