Sales Manager (SDR + Closer)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound leads coming from our website and paid ad campaigns. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients — your job is to respond quickly, qualify interest, guide prospects through our service offers, and close the deal. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle from first touch to signed contract, with support from our delivery team on the technical side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads from website forms and paid ads (primarily from the US, UK, CA, and AU markets)
  • Qualify prospects, identify needs, and present tailored service offers
  • Conduct short discovery and closing calls (typically 15–30 minutes)
  • Write and send structured follow-up messages and proposals
  • Prepare custom offers based on client objectives (templates and support provided)
  • Manage and update HubSpot CRM: tags, deal stages, workflows, and reporting
  • Maintain clear communication with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding after closing
  • Help improve and systematize the sales process as we scale

Requirements:

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience selling SEO services is required. Candidates without direct SEO sales experience will not be considered.
  • Experience in sales within an agency environment (SEO, digital marketing, web development, or web design).
  • Strong track record of closing inbound leads and managing short sales cycles.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and related digital marketing services, with the ability to clearly communicate their value to business owners.
  • Confident conducting discovery and closing calls with clients across markets including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple leads and deals at once.
  • Experience preparing custom proposals and moving prospects from first contact to signed agreement.
