PR Manager (igaming) Offline

Mission:


As our PR Manager, you will lead the public relations efforts of our dynamic iGaming company. This is a unique opportunity to drive our PR strategy, build brand reputation, and connect with audiences on a global scale. Working alongside teams in SMM, Brand, and Event, you will establish a robust PR direction, amplifying our brand's voice and achieving meaningful engagement in new and existing markets.

 

Key skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years in public relations, with a proven track record in a managerial PR role, preferably within iGaming, tech, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Media Relations Expertise: Established network of media contacts and proven experience securing impactful media coverage.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to develop and execute strategies that align with brand objectives and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in crisis management, capable of quick, strategic thinking under pressure.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with PR analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement PR Strategy: Craft and manage an overarching PR strategy aligned with brand goals, addressing the unique needs of diverse markets.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers, ensuring consistent and favorable media coverage.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze PR campaigns that promote brand initiatives, product launches, and corporate events.
  • Content Development: Create press releases, media kits, and PR content that conveys brand messaging in a clear, engaging way.
  • Crisis Management: Develop crisis communication plans and serve as the lead for managing any potential reputational issues.
    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand, SMM, and Event teams to align messaging and reinforce brand consistency across channels.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report PR campaign performance, continuously optimizing based on data-driven insights.

 

Would be a plus:

  • Industry Knowledge: Background in iGaming or a related industry.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency with project management tools and an ability to multitask across campaigns and projects.
  • Creative Storytelling: Strong ability to craft compelling stories that resonate across different media platforms and cultural contexts..
