An experienced recruiting team is looking for a colleague and ally with experience in recruiting and the iGaming industry.

You are:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (iGaming is a must)
• General understanding of technologies in the IT industry
• Experience in hiring specialists in the gambling niche (SMM, Affiliate, Media Buyers and others)
• Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search, etc.
• English level — Intermediate and higher
• You have your own list of Telegram channels and LinkedIn groups for all types of vacancies in the iGaming industry
• You are proficient with various tools for automating sourcing and recruiting processes and know how to gather lists of the necessary candidates
• You know how to skillfully guide a candidate to the point of signing an offer, and for you, it's a matter of technique, just like closing deals was for Jordan Belfort in the movie of the same name 😉
