Senior UI/UX designer for pre-sales activities (offline)

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with visual design and user experience design
- Strong UX portfolio
- Solid knowledge of Human Interaction Design principles and Usability principles (UCD/ACD), as well as platforms guidelines
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills
- Great communicating skills, ability to defend your design solutions in front of Customer / Development team
- Experience in UX design activities:
- user research, user interviews;
- competitors analysis;
- Information Architecture and Customer Journey Mapping;
- Wireframing and prototyping;
- Usability testing;
- A/B Testing;
- Strong research and analytical skills, familiarity with different techniques for conducting researches, user tests, and user interviews
- Experience with graphic and prototyping tools (Adobe Photoshop / Sketch / Figma / InVision / AdobeXD)
- Good understanding of typography
- Experience with presale activities
- English Upper-Intermediate or better

Responsibilities:
- Work on presales: communication with potential clients, defining and documenting UX proposals
- Work with clients and Business Analytics to gather business requirements and convert them into design requirements
- Create innovative conceptual interactive prototypes including wireframes, site maps, Customer Journey Maps, mockups, working prototypes and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience
- Create visual concepts, look and feel, entire UI design for different platforms and devices
- UX Competency development in the Company
