Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to manage and prioritize the development of IT systems used to automate business processes. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and oversee the implementation and maintenance of various IT systems. Your role will ensure that IT products align with the overall business strategy and deliver measurable results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog of our systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage their expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Conduct regular product reviews and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and team alignment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report product progress to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the organization.

• Ensure that IT products are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.

   

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Deep knowledge of IT systems such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with business process modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting languages is a plus.
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Certification in product management or relevant IT fields (e.g., CSPO, PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
