Position Overview:

We are looking for a Process Automation Specialist to streamline and automate key business functions, including sales, recruiting, and content management. You will work closely with our teams to identify automation opportunities, implement automation solutions using tools like Make (formerly Integromat) or other similar platforms, and continuously optimize our workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

β€’ Analyze existing processes in sales, recruiting, and content management to identify areas for automation.

β€’ Design and implement automation workflows using Make or similar automation platforms.

β€’ Collaborate with various teams to integrate automation solutions seamlessly with existing tools (e.g., CRM, ATS, CMS, etc.).

β€’ Continuously monitor and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

β€’ Provide training and support to team members on the usage of automated processes.

β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with automated systems.

β€’ Stay up to date with the latest tools and best practices in process automation to recommend improvements.

 

Qualifications:

 

β€’ Proven experience in process automation, preferably in sales, recruiting, or content management.

β€’ Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or similar tools.

β€’ Strong understanding of sales and recruiting workflows.

β€’ Ability to analyze complex processes and design automation workflows that improve efficiency.

β€’ Experience with integrating automation tools with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

β€’ Strong communication skills for training and collaboration with different teams.

β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

β€’ Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.

β€’ Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and automating content workflows.

β€’ Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to create custom automations.
