Senior Product Marketing Manager (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicating the product changes to our customers in an understandable way
Carefully crafting the messaging and planning activities that get users excited about the new product features
Creating and managing audience segments, creating custom marketing campaigns for custom segments
Setting up webhooks from the website to the marketing platforms
Communicating requirements to web development, design teams
Writing copy for the website
Creating promotional content for email marketing campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience of building a product marketing stack for an existing product
Proven hands-on experience with building an email marketing channel for an existing product from scratch
Experience of running email marketing campaigns with 500K+ accounts
Experience of setting up trigger campaigns, running A/B tests
Copywriting skills
Knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar etc)
Understanding of online advertising, social media marketing
Understanding of Lean startup methodology
Excellent speaking and written English

Will be an advantage:
Experience of working with high volume consumer websites with an audience in the US
Experience of doing interviews/face-to-face interactions with consumers (based in the US)
Understanding of the Design Thinking approach
Experience in Product Management
Experience in a startup environment
