UI/UX Designer (offline)

Required skills:
— 3+ years of relevant experience with designing large-scale web applications
— English — at least B2 — upper Intermediate
— Strong skills with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe After Effects
— Experience with Zeplin and Invision
— Experience with prototyping and wireframing (Axure, Invision)
— Analytical skills
— Understanding of business requirements, identifying use cases and user flows
— Understanding of human interface design principles, knowledge of UI/UX best practices and guidelines
— Design trends awareness
— HTML/CSS understanding
— Communication skills
— Team player
— Being client-oriented
— Graphic skills (POS materials, marketing merchandise)

As a plus:
— Experience with JS frameworks
— Experience with Scrum

Responsibilities:
— Create wireframes, mockups and UI components from scratch
— Develop UI design from scratch
— Participate in decision-making processes
— Propose options to solve various needs for clients
— Collaborate with front-end developers and another designers
— Create marketing materials (present packages, business cards)
— Create illustrations (infographics, banners, logos)
