Customer Support Specialist (Night shifts) (offline)

Our product is an online hotel booking platform, which generates unique offers for each client according to the match by crunching big data.

We offer:

- Night shifts 17.00-02.00 or 23.00-08.00 (5 days per week, 2 days off will be flexible)
- Comfortable office in 2 min to Poshtova or Kontraktova Ploscha subway station;

Required skills:

- At least upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken);
- Good communication and problems solving skills;
- Ability to handle difficult situations with different kind of people;
- Logical mindset, ability to set priorities and understand the sequence of actions needed.

Responsibilities:

You are expected to be the 2nd level of clients' service with following key duties (but not limited with the list):
- Contacting hotel suppliers in regards reservation/booking details
- Investigating booking reservation details;
- Providing relevant parties with necessary information (suppliers, clients, management, 1st level of support);
- Making new booking reservations.
