Technical customer success leader / Country manager (offline)

We sell a full-service personalization platform to large & enterprise clients in europe, and part of this full-service is that we setup engagements on our clients websites. a big part of this is to setup rules for each segment (via our "drag-and-drop" rules engine).

General knowledge of html and css is a positive.

We expect you to only do "hands-on" technical support for the first 2-4 months, while hiring and training the first 3-4 junior technical supporters in Kiev. After this periode you will transition into the role of leader for the team and country manager for our ukranian team.
