Junior QA Engineer

PSPCube is a product-based fintech company that helps online businesses discover new payment methods and set up their payment flow. Our platform enables merchants to manage their payment processes seamlessly, with access to countless payment solutions, performance data, and reports.

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. As a Manual QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by identifying bugs, performing test cases, and collaborating with the development team. This role is critical for maintaining the high standards of our products and ensuring they meet customer requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and development, checklists, test cases;
•  Testing. Desktop, mobile;  
• API testing;
• Checking the correct operation of the software product;
• Detection of errors and problems in the operation of the product;
• Communication with developers, product managers and other team members;
• Discussion of identified problems and proposals for improving product quality;
• Analysis of technical tasks for: ambiguity, completeness, measurability;
• Analysis of layouts for correctness, completeness, lack of contradictions;
• Functional testing: regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, system testing, end-to-end testing, etc.;
• Non-functional testing: user interface testing, usability testing, localization testing, cross-browser testing, documentation testing.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience 
• Manual testing of platform (UI, UX, Functional, Exploratory, Change-related, Cross-browser, Cross-device)
• API testing - Swagger / Postman 
• Mobile and cross-browser testing experience
• !!! Practical experience in writing test documentation (Checklists, Test Cases, Test plans)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
