About the customer
The customer is the world's leading provider of customer service and contact center software, with more than 4,500 customers in 80 countries. Drawing on its more than 20 years of customer service innovation and experience.
About the project
The project aims development and support of reporting and analytical applications regarding contact center performance. This job is for you, if you are passionate about analytics applications and have ability to work independently and in a team and have a solid track record of implementing software projects.
Technology stack
Java 8/11, Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL.
Responsibilities
Work with Product Management, customers and the rest of the Engineering team to identify work priorities
Support and extend existing reporting applications that perform data processing
Use and develop best practices for implementing software and coordinate their implementation with the rest of the Engineering team
Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting and resolution
Perform unit testing of software components
Qualifications
Over 3 years of experience in software engineering as Java developer
Strong knowledge of Java 8/11, Spring
Strong knowledge of SQL: PL\SQL, T-SQL
Understanding of testing principles
Development of infrastructure knowledge
Knowledge of software development methodology and software lifecycle processes, especially Agile (Scrum)
Good knowledge of software configuration management processes and tools
Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, math, or related field
Good written and spoken English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive and resilient mindset
