In connection with the expansion of the department, we are looking for a Sales Manager with knowledge of the Turkish language to join the team, who will be responsible for communicating with customers through phone calls.

Responsibilities:

• Training and development of employees

• Development and implementation of training materials based on the department's weak areas
• Feedback and performance evaluation
• Strategy development and client manager work planning
• Employee skill enhancement
