Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
• Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
• Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, familiar with the CIS recruitment channels
• Knows Russian, English, Chinese will be a big plus
• Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Quick learner with a positive working attitude
• Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
• Able to multitask and work within a timeline
• Interested or has experience in the blockchain or crypto industry
