Content Manager (offline)

Banks, credit unions, P2P lenders and retailers use our digital solutions to automate loan origination, credit scoring and risk management by leveraging the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

You will be a part of remote working team, handling all the communication via Slack, Asana, Zoom and emails.

The key function of Content Manager is to execute marketing content strategy, position the company as an industry thought leader and contribute to the achievement of team’s KPIs.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in marketing strategy and content roadmap development.
- Be responsible for creating content across various touchpoints and campaigns; maintain, develop and regularly update content when needed.
- Produce content for blogs, various social media channels, lead nurture campaigns, PR and B2B communication.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in order to deliver and optimize online communication and web content.
- Create a brand specific content strategy and set up content guidelines for all to use.
- Conduct/participate in regular customer interviews and understand and update content accordingly.

Required skills:
- Proficient English verbal and written skills (native speaker preferred).
- Consultative, cooperative, solutions-oriented, and service-minded perspective.
- Strong project management, organizational, and critical thinking skills; the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to embrace, assimilate, implement, and apply new processes, procedures, and standards in an environment of continuous improvement and change.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- High level of self-discipline.
- Experience with B2B Fintech companies will be a plus.
- Expertise in finance and banking sectors.
