Client Success Manager (offline)

— Results-oriented, highly driven, self-motivated and organized
— Willing to go an extra mile and then another one, and then one more to help the team
— 2+ years on Client Support/Client Success position
— Fluent in English: preferably, worked/lived in the USA, UK or another English-speaking environment (an open US visa/Greencard would be a plus)
— Working experience with IT product companies
— Solid educational background — preferably Finance, Economics, or any other STEM sciences
— Some knowledge of modern marketing approaches


Responsibilities:
— Guide, educate and onboard customers, perform all necessary customer support to ensure customer’s success and satisfaction
— Working on other tangential areas: copyrighting, visualization, etc.
