Head Email Marketing Manager (CRM) Offline

 Your skills:
 

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing (mandatory!);
• Experience in launching, supporting and evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns by email\sms\push (required!);
• Excellent understanding of the basic principles of e-mail deliverability;
• Skills in working with email services;
• Ability to create and control mailing schedules, evaluate their effectiveness;
• The ability to form key messages, subject headings that increase the percentage of opening letters;
• The ability to segment the base and put the mailing on the stream;
• Tracking statistics, analysis of effectiveness and adaptation of letters;
• Understanding the operation of spam filters, warming up domains to obtain high results;
• Know the main metrics of retention and email marketing;
• Understanding of the functionality required for the optimal work of email marketing and the formation of a test task;
• Analytical skills;
• Experience in creating and analyzing trigger chains;
• English — upper-intermediate and higher
  
  Experience with Telegram\WhatsApp\Line and iGaming industry will be a plus
   

Your tasks will include:
 

• Formation of a strategy for launching campaigns and mailings with a volume of 100,000 or more at a time;
• Regular sending of campaigns and mailings by email/sms/push/telegram/whatsapp/line according to the plan and its adjustment in relation to the results;
• Setting up automated companies;
• Implementation of addressee segmentation by key metrics;
• Collection and analysis of statistics for better adaptation of letters, messages and implementation of repeated launches;
• Control and assessment of deliverability;
• Setting up, monitoring of reputation and warm-up of senders;
• Setting up routing in the back office;
• Analysis of competitors' newsletters (pros, cons, offers);
• Communication with the departments of design, content, developers for joint interaction when creating new templates, developing the required functionality, forming test tasks;

• Providing reports upon request
