Strong Middle/Senior Product Designer Offline

Are you a skilled Product Designer with a keen emphasis on User Experience (UX)? This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, SME and Analytics, to create intuitive, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conducting user research is essential to gaining insight into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. It is important to use this data to guide design decisions.
- Active Participation in Product Discovery Phase: Fully engaging with Product Managers and Engineers to collaboratively carry out the discovery process.
- UX Design: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on user insights and feedback.
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and cohesive designs, including typography, color schemes, iconography, and imagery, while adhering to branding guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet both user needs and business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with project goals and user needs.
- Presentation and Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, decisions, and rationale to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Documentation: Produce design documentation, style guides, and design specifications for developers to follow.
- Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the development of design systems, pattern libraries, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Time Management:Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and project priorities are aligned with organizational goals.
- Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance design solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure the final product aligns with design intent.
- Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines, making digital products inclusive and accessible to all users.
- Documentation: Produce design documentation, style guides, and design specifications for developers to follow.
Position Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Product/UX design, preferably within the fintech industry or a related field.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your projects, including examples of user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- User Testing: Experience with planning and conducting usability testing sessions and analyzing results.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered approach to design.
- Figma tool
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail in creating user flows and wireframes, focusing on user experience rather than pixel-perfect designs.
- Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English: Proficiency in English at an advanced level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of front-end development to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
Preferred Skills:
• Fintech Experience: Previous experience designing for fintech products or other complex, data-rich applications.
• B2B and Enterprise Experience: Experience working on B2B or enterprise products, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of designing for business clients.
• Complex Products: Proven ability to design for complex products, managing intricate user flows and detailed information architectures
