Middle Java/JavaScript Developer (offline)

You will participate in the development of a web-based straight-through processing platform that helps financial services firms meet compliance requirements.

Technologies: Java 8, Scala, JavaScript, AngularJS, Spring, Oracle, REST.

Responsibilities:
- Clarifying what actions the program is intended to perform;
- Breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language;
- Devising possible solutions to anticipated problems;
- Combining all elements of the program design and testing it;
- Testing sample data-sets to check that output of the program works as intended;
- Responding to problems and correcting the program as necessary;
- Evaluating and increasing the program's effectiveness;
- Adapting the program to new requirements, as necessary.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Java development experience;
- Knowledge of Scala;
- Solid knowledge of Javascript (with Angular JS or jQuery);
- Experience with relational DB's;
- Working experience with Spring;
- Skills in building REST services;
- At least Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of Closure;
- Experience with Angular JS or jQuery;
- Skills in PL/SQL.
