Affiliate Manager (offline)

Key Responsibilities:
Negotiating with existing and recruiting new publishers to our network and fostering solid business relations with them
Managing affiliate requests
Identify cost-effective, scalable sources of media that can provide qualified and profitable traffic
Maintain documentation of affiliate program, reporting
Providing performance evaluation and optimization suggestions to affiliates based on analytics
Invoicing and tracking of timely payment

Qualifications & Experience:
Upper-intermediate English level or higher is a MUST
Quick learning
Desire to work with foreign partners
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proven ability in managing multiple projects at the same time while paying close attention to details
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Previous experience in sales/affiliate management
