Junior .NET Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities:
Participate in daily scrums and code reviews
Have input into regular team meetings
Keep up to date with emerging technologies
Create and maintain existing documentation
Be a team player, sharing knowledge and experience with others in the best interest of the team
Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the role

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of commercial experience developing web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC with knowledge of modern software design patterns and SOLID principles
Experience of fundamental web development technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience working with SQL Databases
Understanding of version control (ideally GIT)
Must have proven troubleshooting, organizational and communication skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Must be self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Good level of spoken and written English

Helpful Experience:
Working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Orchard CMS
Web APIs
Continuous Integration and Unit Testing
Basic estimating skills
