IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- English level – Intermediate or higher;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Being result-orientated;
- 1+ years of recruiting experience preferably in the IT industry;
- Experience in full recruitment lifecycle in IT industry (will be a plus);
- A strong team player, approachable and positive;
- A self-led learner and a keen problem solver.

Responsibilities:
- Create job descriptions post and promote vacancies;
- Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools;
- Conduct full recruitment cycle (including analyzing CVs, phone screening, managing job interviews, regular communication with candidates, providing feedback).
