We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead/Head of Media Buying to join our team and lead our media buying activities in the Affiliate Arbitrage direction (e-commerce/nutra/dating/gamblimg). Our ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be excited about the opportunity to work strategically at a high-level and the opportunity to actively lead the daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Planning and implementation of the company’s media buying strategies;
• Engage in team members recruitment and monitoring the results;
• Developing, mentoring and managing the Media Buying department;
• Responsibility for the budgets, paybacks, reporting and clients optimization;
• Creation of procedures for monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• Research of the industry trends, competitors and new traffic sources.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of proven experience in media buying (e-commerce/nutra/dating/gambling);
• Knowledge and experience of working with different trackers, analytics tools & metrics;
• Experience with budget planning and KPIs;
• Ability to analyze, manage and combine data;
• Strong decision-making skills;
• Target-oriented, driven and ambitious person;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
