Key skills:

• From 2+ year experience in Affiliate marketing (betting-gambling);
• Successful experience in finding and scaling external webmasters;
• Successful experience of working in international markets.
• Understanding metrics and ability to qualitatively analyze traffic
• Effective management of processes and interactions
• High level of communication skills;
• English - Upper-Intermediate level;

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new affiliates using diverse methods like research, networking, and
• direct outreach;
• Establish and nurture growth-oriented professional relationship
• Work closely with other departments for precise traffic value assessment;
• Meet affiliate targets by optimizing existing partnerships and adding new
• ones;
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current affiliates;
• Manage and plan future budget allocations effectively;
• Monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign performance; address issues
• swiftly;
• Provide regular performance reports (weekly and monthly);
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and opportunities.
• Attending professional conferences
