Customer Support Engineer German (offline)

We have an international team, so good command of written and intermediate English is a must. Other languages such as Dutch, German, Finnish, Portugeuse or Spanish are a big plus.

We are looking for colleagues who want to be friends with farmers and make farmer’s fields operations easier while using our product and thus help farmers to feed the world. Our team is motivated by our customers' success ,so we seek colleagues who are truly motivated by our mission and product.

Duties:
"online communication ( chats +phone calls with the customers all around the world)
assisting with the product settings check, remote support, preparing the communication reports.
intercommunication inside the teams.
testing the product to be able with customer support."


Work experience :
1-3 years as a technical support

experience with internet communication setup ( e.g wifi router setup)
experience with setup complex system with many components
