Senior UX/UI Designer, Product Designer to $5000 Offline

Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Work closely with AI and machine learning teams to integrate AI functionalities seamlessly into the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and continuously strive to improve the design process.
- Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (as a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and experience designing for AI-driven products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
