google ads expert - compromised site issue Offline

Hi, 

We are looking for experienced google ads expert for one time job currently, but there could be more tasks. 

A product company, that I represent is developing and running an educational platform and provides educational services worldwide, being affiliated with known UK University. 

The task is as follows: we run google ads campaign and after recent changes to our site/campaigns our google campaigns got disapproved status from google due to reason "compromised site, additional redress option (EU only): Redress" 

We performed multiple checks of our site by  different tools like transparencyreport.google.com, google ads console, site files checks by hosting provider etc - all tools show that no malware or smth was found. Site is clean.

We tried to appeal to google team but situation hasn't changed. We still have our campaigns disapproved. 

So we need to get expert support in this case. 
We can negotiate the payment. 
The payment is to be made upon approval from google regarding our campaigns.
