Qualifications and Skills:
— Expert knowledge of Java Core
— In-depth understanding of Engineering
— Good understanding and practical knowledge of multithreading
— 7+ years of relevant software development experience
— Experience in building flexible, scalable, and efficient systems capable of running in real time
— Product-focused mindset
— Team-player with strong interpersonal skills
— English — Upper Intermediate or above


Desirable:
— Experience of test driven engineering of distributed and data-driven systems
— Experience with large database systems
— Strong verbal, written and team-oriented communication skills
— AWS experience


Responsibilities:
— Solve interesting problems, such as scaling applications for large data computation and reporting
— Contribute to the requirements, architecture, and implementation of existing and future systems
— Collaborate effectively with engineers and other teams
— Understand the DevOps part of the project and contribute to it
— Be able to investigate and fix critical issues of the services
— Be part of a continuous improvement atmosphere, proactively suggesting improvements to the platform and development processes; anticipate problems or issues that may arise
— Deliver constant value back to the business in a highly agile team approaching near-continuous deployment
— Adapt quickly to new technologies
