Account Manager (AdTech) Offline

Xe.works is AdTech product company, who provides white label tech solutions. We are looking for an Account Manager to effectively help our company fostering relationships with the new and long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:


 - Handle day-to-day communications with clients. Be the lead point of contact for all requests with focus on providing excellent service.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our tech support&solutions according to customer needs.
- Monitor actively programmatic activities on a daily basis, analyse them and provide relevant recommendations of areas for improvement for customers.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Provide best in class service (incl meetings/calls) to build strong and long-term relationships with customers, and promote Xe when possible.
- Work with our technology team by recommending enhancements to ensure the constant improvement of the product.

Essential skills:

 

· English proficiency is a must
- Experience in AdTech (Programmatic) is a must !!
- Knowledge of RTB/VAST/Prebid/DSP/SSP
- Analytical skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience of client service/support/tech support/account management 

- Diligence in problem solving and relationship building

- Proactive attitude and high self-organisation
