Lead QA Engineer (offline)

Our client is Danish product company that develops modern CRM system. Currently over 2500+ companies in 20 countries use this CRM. Among key features of the system is high flexibility, advanced integration with various EPR systems and productivity tools from Microsoft and Google, public API, Android and iOS mobile apps.

EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience in testing Web applications.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Perfect understanding of software testing fundamentals (test types, test levels, test design techniques, etc.)
- Perfect understanding of SDLC, ability to evaluate and suggest right QA workflows that fit the project best
- Good leadership skills
- Solid understanding of IT fundamentals (what is Web, mobile app, HTTP request, API, database, operating system, etc.)
- Good logical thinking
- Advanced English and communication skills
- Higher education in computer science or related field
- Experience working in projects with fast release cycles would be a plus

- Attentive to details
- Strong sense of responsibility is a must
- Ability to suggest ideas and drive their implementation
