IT Recruiter (offline)

We are looking for IT Recruiter to join our team!

Basic requirement:
Experience in the position of IT Recruiter more than 1 year;
Experience of successful closing of IT vacancies at various levels;
Experience simultaneous management of 5 vacancies;
Experience with Job resources and tools (Work, Rabota, HH, Djinni, LinkedIn, TurboHiring, GitHub, Boolean Search, X-Ray, etc.);
Possession of interviewing practices;
Knowledge and understanding of the process of finding and attracting technical specialists;
English level -intermediate;
Strong communication skills, experience in negotiating and working with objections;
Result orientation, flexibility.

Main responsibilities:
Managing the full cycle of recruitment (search and selection of resumes, telephone interviews, interviews on competencies, support of the candidate until his release to work);
Development of a candidate selection strategy;
Activation of additional sources of attracting candidates (collecting recommendations, working with a database of candidates, participation in events, identifying alternative sources of search for candidates);
Preparation and sending of job offers.
