Technical Lead (ASP.NET Core, Azure) (offline)

Solution developed is a management system for healthcare industry that reduces the manual effort required to deliver patient care.
It is the leading software provider in the post-acute care industry and presented in USA market with over 2,500 clients in portfolio.
The system is mobile and web-based and works with smartphones and tablets, i.e. iPhone, iPad and Android.

Responsibilities:
Team technical leadership
Participation in requirements solicitation and management processes
Development and enachancements of system architecture
Technical solutions design, preparation of technical specifications and functional descriptions
Execution of code review and other engineering practices
Sprint planning, backlog reviews, and daily stand-up sessions
Close cooperation with product owner and usability experts
Implementation of tasks related to back-end and front-end
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in web applications development, at least 1.5 years experience in Leadership role
Experience in Applied Scrum framework
Experience in estimation techniques
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and Entity Framework
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API
Understanding of software product lifecycle
Intermediate spoken and written English level

Desired Skills:
Experience with ASP.NET Core, Azure cloud services, microservices architecture and messaging tools
Enterprise level applications design and development experience
Basic technical risk management
Team fostering practices
US Healthcare IT industry experience
