Senior Business Analyst (Relocation to Poland, Krakow) (offline)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with technical skills who would facilitate communications between business users and project teams, translating business needs into clear requirement specifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Elicitation of business needs
- Business process modelling
- Writing requirement specifications and technical design documents
- Managing product requirements
- Facilitating smooth communications between business users and project stakeholders
- Development of the UI design sketches
- Leading backlog prioritization and grooming sessions, scope management
- Investigation of specific business cases which caused production incidents

SKILLS:
- Overall experience as a Business Analysts in enterprise scale software development projects, 4+ years
- Good understanding of the modern SDLC models and practices with Agile focus
- Strong experience of writing analysis related artifacts: business process models, domain entity models, process/data workflows, requirement specifications, technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce high quality, clear business friendly artifacts that can also be easily interpreted by technology peers
- High level of attention to detail; deep dive analysis with precise requirements tailored for both developers and business stakeholders
- Good experience with MS Office pack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, to be able to query complex databases
- Experience working with SDLC \ Project management support tools, including JIRA and MS Project
- Experience of UI design utilizing Balsamic Mockup or similar tools is an advantage

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in Investment Banking Client Lifecycle Management area would be a strong advantage
- Experience working with Oracle
