Type:

We are looking for full time positions, and part-time that would be willing to transition to full time within 6-9 months.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the development team to properly set up analytics and attribution tools. 
  • Creating and managing marketing and usability reports and presenting them to the team on a weekly basis. 
  • Working with the product owner to suggest product and funnel enhancements based on data analysis. 
  • Organizing the data you’ve collected into reliable reports that inform colleagues about areas where we can improve the player experience.
  • Running A/B tests to optimize for key conversion pages, onboarding funnel and app store page. 
  • Working with the development team to optimize web and mobile funnels for maximum conversion based on data analysis. 
  • Perform key competitive analysis and make product conversion and optimization suggestions based on them. 
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through best practices and testing.
  • Familiarity with KPI concepts and performance metrics including revenue, email volume & clicks, and page analytics.

 

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • At least B2 level of English is a must (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of experience in a mobile application or marketing analytics, or web analytics.
  • Ficiency in mobile attribution and analytics platforms, including Adjust and AppsFlyer
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools like Mixpanel and BigQuery
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical measurement
  • Proficient in Excel (spreadsheets), familiar with other product analytics systems (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase)
  • Familiarity with conversion reports, conversion attribution
  • Google Tag Manager, FB Pixel
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of additional BI tools and data visualization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred Competencies:

  • Multilingual abilities (preferred languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish)
  • Experience working in health and wellness space particularly mobile apps
  • Understanding of Clickfunnels
  • CRM management and campaign creation Infusionsoft, Activecampaign, etc

 

Stages of the interview:

  • Interview with a recruiter or HR (30 minutes)
  • Interview with a CMO and CEO (45 minutes)
  • Interview with СEO of the project (30 minutes)
