.NET Support Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities:
• 3rd line incidents processing: root cause analysis, development scripts and fixes
• Performing fix testing
• Close work with documentation
• DB back up, transport, restore
• Build management
• Product installation and updates

Requirements:
• .NET programming skills
• Good SQL knowledge, understanding of relational DB
• Higher technical education
• English — Upper-intermediate level or higher

As a plus:
• Pro-activeness in communication with 1st line of support, BAs and clients
• Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented
• Willing to gain new skills and learn new technologies
