Lead Data Science & Machine Learning Engineer (Berlin) (offline)

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning and Data Science specialist to help us to build the future of the HR, based on real-time and AI concepts.
We are building strong, interdisciplinary teamwork among development, business intelligence, marketing, and operations. We are open to new technologies and we use them whenever it makes sense. You will work in an agile environment with flat hierarchies.

We are looking for:

- Expert level of Python programming skills
- Expert knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning concepts
- Interest and experience in NLP/NLU
- Ability to describe complex problems in mathematical and statistical models
- Proven Experience in AI, ML, Big Data
- English language skills. At least B2
