Heaf of Traffic (Dating) Offline

Hi! Due to scaling, we are looking for a strong Head of Traffic departament (Dating, Adult) in our Marketing Agency.

🧑🏻‍💻 Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the pull of models - promote them with Reddit, Twitter, GG, SFS (and other sources in the future);
• Full ownership of the agency’s traffic strategy;
• Task setting and KPI monitoring across all traffic channels;
• Reporting on each traffic source/channel;
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and production teams;
• Development and execution of strategies to drive traffic to model pages

🎓 Qualifications:

• Proven experience in team management
• Understanding of traffic channels: Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, Swap and how to scale it;
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of customer funnels and entry points;
• Strategic and creative;
• Experience in the adult or related industries is a strong plus;
• Ability to quickly learn new ad platforms and tools.
