If you are a communicative person, eager to develop in the IT field, and have an English level of Upper Intermediate (or higher), we invite you to join the Python Automation Masters team.

Responsibilities:

• Introductory calls with clients (Upwork, LinkedIn)
• Qualifying clients using BANT (or other methodologies)
• Project estimation with the development team
• Preparing proposals and presentations
• Handing over projects to the Delivery team
• Meeting sales targets
• Lead generation on Upwork (optional)

• Upwork (upwork profile required)
• ZohoCRM
• Trello
• Calendly
• Loom
• Apollo

Required knowledge and skills:

• Proficiency in English at Upper Intermediate level (both written and spoken)
• A technical education is preferred
• Proactiveness, initiative, and communicative skills
• Must have an Upwork account (or be able to create one)
• Experience in lead generation on Upwork is desirable

Additional advantages:

• Negotiation skills related to sales
• Understanding of scraping concepts
• Basic understanding of the following areas:
  • Python
  • Databases
  • Google Sheets
  • API
• Experience with Zoho CRM
• Experience with Upwork
