What are our requirements: - 3+ years of work experience as a Head of Customer support / Customer Support Lead (international environment experience is a great advantage); - Fluent English - is a must; - Experience in remote teams management; - Experience in sales; - Experience in working with Intercom or similar tools; - Experience in scripts and chains creation, their update and localization; - Experience in working with chatbots.
What would be your main tasks? - Set up the business processes for remote call-center creation from scratch; - Provision of training for support team key members; - Provision of control and timely reporting on call-center work and results.
