Business analyst (offline)

We are looking for a specialist with:
At least 2 years of experience working as a business analyst;
Experience in fintech domain, knowledge of basic terms and key standards;
Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of business analysis, requirement management, and system analysis;
Ability to determine and document business and system processes ;
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
Solid understanding of Scrum methodology;
The specialist who is ready for business trips to the customer;
Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:
Business goals definition,
Requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and analysis;
Solution options definition in close collaboration with implementation SMEs;
Project backlog fulfillment, maintenance, and its prioritization;
Organization of day to day communications between the project team and the customer;
Assessing the impact of requirements changes;
Acceptance testing.

As a plus:
Experience with Big Data projects.
